Same firm, new name. If you heard us on the radio or on a podcast, saw the ads for Call PAM First, or wrote down callpamfirst.com, this is where that leads. The licensed adjusters, the office and the phone number did not change.

In Michigan a public adjuster license belongs to the person, not the firm. Ours came with them.

Why the name changed
We opened as Public Adjusters of Michigan, working fire and water losses around metro Detroit. When the work took us past the state line the name stopped fitting, and we became Public Adjusters Midwest. On air that got shortened to PAM, and the ads told you to call PAM first.
Both names told you where we worked. Neither told you anything you could hold us to. AdjustFair is a standard instead of a territory: it is what we hold the insurance company to, and it is what you get to hold us to.
Nothing about how a claim is handled changed with the name. If you are already working with us, your adjuster and your file are the same. If you are not, and you have a fire, water, commercial or other serious property loss, call the number above or start a claim review.
