Terms of Use
The terms that apply to this website and to working with us
These terms apply to your use of adjustfair.com. AdjustFair Public Adjusters (“AdjustFair,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. By using the site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this website is
This website is informational. It describes what public adjusters do, the kinds of claims we handle, and how to reach us. Reading it, submitting a form, or calling us does not by itself make you a client and does not create a professional relationship between us.
Nothing here is legal advice
Public adjusters are not attorneys and do not practice law. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing here is an opinion on what your policy covers. Your policy language, the facts of your loss, and the law of your state determine what you are owed. If you need legal advice, speak with an attorney.
Representation begins with a written contract
We represent policyholders only. We never work for an insurance company. Representation begins only when you and AdjustFair sign a written contract. That contract, not this website, sets out the scope of the work, the fee, and your right to cancel. Until it is signed, nothing on this site and nothing said in a conversation with us commits either of us to anything.
Fees
Our fee is contingent on the recovery and is stated in the written contract you sign before any work begins. Reviewing your claim carries no cost and no obligation.
Results, case studies, and examples
The results, case studies, and examples on this site describe claims we have handled. They are shown to illustrate how a loss can be documented and pursued, not to predict anything. Every claim turns on its own policy language, its own facts, and its own damage. Past results do not guarantee or suggest a particular outcome in any other claim, and no outcome is promised.
Licensing and regulation
Our adjusters are individually licensed by the State of Michigan. In Michigan a public adjuster license belongs to the adjuster, not the firm, so the firm itself does not hold a license number. AdjustFair of Michigan LLC is regulated by the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS).
How we contact you
If you give us your phone number or email address, we use it to reach you about your claim or your question. We do not sell it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we handle it, and how text messaging works.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, including state regulators and public resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
The content on this site
The text, images, design, and guides on this site belong to AdjustFair. You are welcome to read them and to share links to them. Please do not reproduce them for commercial use without our permission.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits what we owe you under a contract you have signed with us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date beneath the title shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Michigan.
Questions about these terms
If anything here is unclear, ask us. We would rather explain it than have you guess.
