Fire claims are the most complex losses there are.
We document every layer.
The flames are only part of it. Smoke travels everywhere, the water used to fight the fire causes its own damage, building codes force upgrades, and your contents and living expenses all factor in. That complexity is exactly where claims get underpaid, and exactly where we work.

After a fire, the insurance company sends its adjuster. They're professional and often genuinely kind. They also work for the insurance company. We work for you.
A fire loss isn't one claim. It's several claims stacked together, each with its own coverage, its own documentation, and its own ways of being shortchanged. The first offer typically reflects what was easy to see and quick to estimate. The full claim is almost always larger, because so much of a fire loss is invisible until someone goes looking for it.
We document what your insurance company misses.
After a fire or a major water loss, you don't need a call center. You need someone who picks up the phone, comes to your property, and knows exactly what your claim is worth.
That's what AdjustFair is. We take on serious residential and commercial losses, the complex claims where the difference between handling it yourself and having someone document it properly can be tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars.
We scan the property in 3D, build the estimate in Xactimate, and read your policy line by line for coverage you may never have been told about. Then we deal with the insurer so you don't have to.
A public adjuster does exactly what the insurance company's adjuster does. Same training, same tools, same software. Pointed in one direction: yours.
What a complete fire claim actually includes
Additional living expenses
If you can't live in your home, your policy typically pays for where you do live in the meantime. We make sure that coverage is opened and used fully.
Code upgrades
When repairs trigger current building-code requirements, many policies cover the upgrade cost. It's frequently never mentioned unless someone asks.
Contents
A room-by-room inventory of everything damaged or destroyed: documented, valued, and pursued, not estimated from memory under stress.
Water & response damage
Thousands of gallons go into putting a fire out. The resulting water damage to floors, walls, and lower levels belongs in the claim.
Smoke & soot
Smoke penetrates walls, insulation, ductwork, and contents far from the flames. Odor and residue remediation is real, compensable damage, and one of the most commonly underscoped items.
Structure & rebuild
The cost to repair or rebuild to today's standards, not a quick patch estimate. Framing, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and everything the fire and the firefighting touched.

How we work a fire loss
We come to the property and build the record: 3D scans of every affected space, photographic documentation, moisture and soot mapping, and a full contents inventory. Then we build the estimate in Xactimate, the same platform the insurance industry uses, so the claim arrives in the insurer's own language, line by line, and is hard to argue with.
We read your policy from the first page to the last, looking for the coverage you're owed but may never have been told about. Then we present the claim and handle the negotiation. You don't take their calls anymore. We do.
Already received an offer? It's usually not too late. Claims can often be supplemented or reopened, and a low first offer is the most common reason people call us. The review is free either way.
Had a fire? Talk to us before you settle.
Tell us what happened. We’ll review your fire claim and tell you honestly what it may be worth. Free, no obligation.
